What data I may process

Depending on what you fill in and how we communicate:

• e-mail, name (possibly phone)
• the content of messages and communication (e-mail / WhatsApp / phone)
• answers in questionnaires (mini questionnaire, mentoring, camp)
• technical information necessary for the website to run (see cookies)

Why I process the data and on what basis

• Free e-book — after you enter your e-mail I'll give you access to / send you a link to download the e-book from Google Drive and may follow up with communication. Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps.
• Inquiries and communication (mentoring / camp / questions) — handling your inquiry, arranging cooperation, answering questions. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest.
• News and tips by e-mail (only with consent) — occasional tips and news about the program. Legal basis: consent (voluntary, can be withdrawn at any time).

Who may be a processor

To run the website, forms and questionnaires, the data may pass through these services:

• Framer (website and forms)
• Tally (questionnaires)
• HeroHero (membership / payments per HeroHero settings)
• Google Drive (storage of the e-book file and providing the download link)

Transfer outside the EU

With some services, data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g. infrastructure). This happens on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and other measures).

How long I keep the data

• E-book / basic communication: usually 12 months from the last communication
• Inquiries and communication: usually 12 months from the last communication
• During cooperation: for the duration of the program + usually 24 months for follow-up arrangements
• Marketing (news): until consent is withdrawn
• You can request erasure at any time (unless legal obligations prevent it)

What rights you have

• access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing
• to object (especially in the case of legitimate interest)
• to withdraw consent (for the newsletter)
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: ÚOOÚ (www.uoou.cz)

How to withdraw consent or request erasure

This website primarily serves as an information site and for collecting inquiries.

Free e-book

• The e-book is provided free of charge as a download link from Google Drive after you enter your e-mail.
• The link is shown / made available after you submit the form.
• The e-mail is used primarily to deliver/provide access to the e-book and for any follow-up communication.

Mentoring

• Filling out the questionnaire is a non-binding inquiry.
• Specific cooperation, dates and payments are arranged by agreement off the website (by e-mail/phone).
• Mentoring is not a healthcare service and does not replace a doctor.

Camp

• Registration is done through the questionnaire and a subsequent arrangement.
• Specific organizational information and payments are clarified when participation is confirmed.
• The cancellation policy and the option to transfer to a replacement participant are stated on the camp page and apply to the given date.

Health notice

Neither the mentoring nor the camp is a healthcare service. If you're dealing with acute problems, a diagnosis or you're taking medication, address your condition primarily with a doctor.
